1. The geometry of promotions RBS and crucial squares is well known – for wK it is e1, e2, e3, for captures these are b1, b2, b3 – Mario himself has used it a few times.

There is one very welcome addition – W1 moves of wS that are precisely determined by the need to block for White potential re-guards of the wK by promoted neutral piece. I can imagine this part took a while to set up.

Also, I have checked the need for bQ instead of bR as well as presence of Ph2 and Ph3. Curiously, each of these elements prevents just one very precise cook.
