    Super achievement. Excellent !

  2. Geoff Foster says:

    Does the illegal position matter?

Moving bGg5 to f5 makes the solution one move longer, as follows:
    1.a2-a1=G 2.Ga1-c3 3.a3-a2 4.a2-a1=G 5.b2-b1=G 6.Ga1-d4 7.Gb1-b4 8.b3-b2 9.b2-b1=G 10.Gb1-b5 11.Gb4-b6 12.Gb5-g5 13.Gb6-b8 14.Gb8-g3 15.c2-c1=G 16.Gc1-e3 17.Gc3-e5 18.d2-d1=G 19.Gd1-f3 20.Gd4-g4 21.e2-e1=G 22.Ge1-e4 b7-b8=G# (C?)

  3. Geoff Foster says:

Please ignore my earlier comment. The position is legal and moving bPg5 to f5 leads to cooks!

  4. LUCE says:

Julia, i am ont an American i am from France !

  5. LUCE says:

    and Romeo also

  6. LUCE says:

Diag.1315 is one of the compositions of an article to be published in Phénix about records of promotion of the same fairy pièce in sh#n

  7. Geoff Foster says:

A very nice problem. The difficult thing for composers is avoiding promotions to other pieces. Having a bGg5 is important, because it prevents cooks in which a black bishop moves to g5, a black knight moves to e3, and White mates with b8=Q.
