Some fairy conditions are useless for proof games as there is no available move in the initial game array. It is the case for example with Functionary: a piece may only move when observed by enemy.

The new Jacobi release offers the possibility to avoid this issue using two new tricks: the condition applies only to black and when stuck (e.g. at its first move during a proof game) it passes.

Our problem is the first illustration of this new couple of possibilities. It shows a double Schnoebelen queen (on squares b8 and h8), as well as a (6 moves-long) switchback from Sb1. Each white move is thematic, in particular this side is at-home on the diagram position. It is C+ Jacobi.
