To clarify,while the 1,3 solutions show echomates, 1 and 2 show change of function (WR,WF).
I understand what you say. But as the strategy is not particularly deep, it is rather the visual impression offered by echo that gets the preference and subsequently the second solution looks like not fitting into picture.
This idea can also be easily processed in an orthodox way, for example:
White Rh7 Rg4 Bc2 (+wK wherever)
Black Kd5 Re3
H#2, 2 solutions, C+
1.Re3-c3 Rg4-g5+ 2.Kd5-c4 Rh7-h4#
1.Re3-e5 Bc2-e4+ 2.Kd5-e6 Rg4-g6#
But change of function feature, is it not lost?
I am sorry, but the third solution seems to me only as a random product of the solving program. But you’ll also find rooks function change in the offered scheme.
