Moves like e7*d8=B[-wBd8] are only accepted by Popeye, but not by WinChloe. At the time of the Breton removal, WinChloe considers the promoting pawn to still be a pawn; it can therefore not be a Breton victim as part of the capture of a bishop.
Since Christian Poisson invented Breton, WinChloe is the reference here. The French have coined the term "Breton Py" for the way Popeye does things.
