Berolina Pawn(BP): Walk and capture are swapped relative to the orthodox Pawn. The Berolina-Pawn moves without capturing diagonally (possibly two squares if it is on the second row of its side) and captures vertically.
Glasgow chess: A pawn promotes on 2nd/7th line.

3 Knight Ceriani-Frolkin without capture by White, with white home-base and the minimum total theoretical moves in the context of Berolina+Glasgow. (Author)
Interesting… It looks complicated, although maybe not impossible, to go further with 4 CF Knights. The difficulty is that there is not enough place for the last white pawn to do the job, and using a black one is dangerous, as it may be captured directly, without having been promoted.

Yes, Nicolas, 4 Knights was my initial thought but as you may guess there are several technical difficulties and you already mentioned one of them. Another serious difficulty is to prevent that different BPs could reach the promotion squares; in this regard, the trick to makes sound my problem was the placement of Se4!
I’m glad you have enjoyed my problem.
