Locust (L): Moves along Queen lines only by capturing an enemy unit, arriving on the square immediately beyond that unit, which must be vacant.
Neutral piece: Belongs to whichever side chooses to use it. It can therefore be moved or captured by White or Black, and in Circe it is reborn according to capture. A King may not be moved onto a square controlled by a neutral piece, because of self-check.

Dear Bala and Seetharaman, the idea is yours and I don’t think that such a simple suggestion makes me a true co-author.
On the other hand, it would certainly be my pleasure being in company with you, for we’ve always had the very nice and enlightening discussions.

Hurrah! N. Predrag has made it even more simpler while retaining the strategy!
Clever choice of Neutral Locust, the under- promotions and the dual avoidance – all quite pleasing!
Thanks Ganapathi. As another friend mentioned it is actually simple battery play, embellished by dual avoiding. Hope it attracts the less experienced.
There is an issue: White Bishop makes a pure tempo move in one solution and moves out of future attack in another.
Thanks Goergy. You are right. I noticed it too, wish both were tempo moves.
Like for instance:
White Ka3 Bc3
Black Ra6 Ka5 Pa2
Neutral LRb4
Stipulation H#2
