Parrain Circe: After a capture, the captured piece is reborn only after another piece of its own side has moved. The line between capturing square and rebirth square is parallel with and of same direction and length as the move of this other piece. Pawns can be reborn on first and eighth rank. From their own base rank, they may move one-step; if reborn on the promotion rank, the Pawn at once promotes, the Pawn side determines the promotion piece.

Nice variety; orthodox mates by unorthodox methods. Pity that the 3rd mate (Rd4#) is the only one not a model.

Unfortunately the second and third solutions are not thematic for the Vito Rallo JT. The mate in the second solution is not given by the reborn wBc7, while in the third solution the mating move doesn’t even feature a rebirth.
This can be annoying for composers who want to enter the Vito Rallo JT. I found a nice 2-solution problem that is thematic, but unfortunately the solutions of its twin are not thematic!

You are right. I got confused though in two solutions the reappearing piece does not check.
