Nice problem. The stipulation is unusual. But the effect is similar to a helpmate. I believe this scheme could have been a H#2.

Witty cyclic Zilahi, but imho thematically flawed. The mate 2.Rxe2 is possible only if the black bishop captures on this square. So, there is no dual avoidance in the third solution.
