The cook in 1322 as told by Dmitry Baibikov (with 4.Bb2-a1, Bb1-a2 5.Bc1-b2, Ba2-b1 6.Bb6:Bc7[Bc1], d6-d5+ etc. – thank you so much for your attention, Dmitry!- ) is now eliminated as no more uncapture can be made by the white bishop due to the wPP-balance.
Idea: Establishing a position where a white en passant option can be exploited. New facet: the thematic wP must first be created via unpromotion of a piece. Compare W. Dittmann, Die Schwalbe 2011, 2 nd prize (judge: Günther Weeth); there the critical position is created in an entirely different way.
p.d.: tested with Pacemaker, but only with 2 opposite moves (G2). Due to the pendulum PM
fails to indicate any solution. Adoptimg G3 was no use with my computer, PM seems to be
lost in eternity!
Any effort to paralize the bB by wS > a2, thus forcing h2-h3, Qh3-h4 ending up in a KK-mate
on h4 is refuted by the fact that square h7 cannot be occupied by the rook being obliged to
