Definitions:
Grasshopper(G): Moves along Q-lines over another unit of either color to the square immediately beyond that unit. A capture may be made on arrival, but the hurdle is not affected.

Nice problem, but was is the threat? No grasshopper can go to a2 after key, but 2.Gb3# is possible. Misprint?
Thank you, Kenneth! Corrected. It was author’s misprint, but my fault is that I haven’t realized it.
I’d like to ask authors to be more careful about diagrams and solutions. I test problems, but usually use the solutions as sent by authors.
Nice changes. I think this cycle has been done in orthodox problems. (fivefold?) Nevertheless a very interesting problem with G-motifs. Of course it is very difficult when the threat is same in both phases.
