Fairy condition Koeko? Must be some record. The idea is of course fantastic, playing a waiting move and forcing black to mate due to lack of tempo!

I suppose there could be a whole lot of positions to be discovered ending in the pattern of the mate of (d) and (e). These two are of course distinct from the rest !!
