Stipulation / solution are given the way as composer sent. Any corrections – by composer’s direct request.
Julia, Luce is correct, as I clearly miscounted the number of Black moves. Please change the stipulation to ser-h-ep#56 and take the “57.” out of the solution.
Changed to 56 moves in the both, stipulation and solution. Have also added C+ as tested by Joost de Heer.

When I say 56, it is 56 not 57 because I register all the problems of Julia’s Fairies in winchloe format ! 🙂
Can be extended to 58 moves with an extra black pawn on a6.
