Definitions:
AMU: mate is possible only in the case, when mating piece is attacked by the opposite piece. If the piece is attacked twice, then it loses again the ability to give mate. (or from Juraj Lörinc’s website: Condition AMU means that the piece making the mating move must be before this mating move attacked by exactly one opposite unit.)
Lion(Li): Moves along Q-lines over another unit of either color to any square beyond that unit. A capture may be made on arrival, but the hurdle is not affected.
Rook-Lion(RL): Moves like Lion, but on Rook-lines only.
Bishop-Lion(BL): Moves like Lion, but on Bishop-lines only.

I often wonder for which possible purpose some queer fairy conditions were invented.
The fine-working mechanism in this problem nicely uses the condition, so I’ve got a convincing answer to my question.
But what is the correction, the refutation of the try is still 1…b3?
Oh, sorry, it’s my mistake! Should be bBa3 instead of bPa3. Corrected now! But solution is possible with bPa3 as well, just another refutation.. (tested with WinChloe)
Yes, 1…a2 would be correct, but the written 1…b3 suggested a more thematic refutation with bBa3 instead of bP.
